DMCA Policy

"Cauliflower Buffalo Wings" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content hosted on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

Filing a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Please provide sufficient detail about the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work is published (if available), or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Clearly identify the material on our site that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, and include enough information to allow us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs of the infringing content).
  3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Cauliflower Buffalo Wings" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).
